Our extensive know-how in light control and adjacent areas is the ideal basis for extending our service portfolio. We are now also offering our customers the option of having individual components assembled into integrated units.
This means that, in addition to our expertise in manufacturing luminaires, you also benefit from complete, customised solutions from a single source. Jordan sub-assemblies are both: highly efficient and perfectly coordinated, saving you not only time but also costs for technical consulting, storage and transportation.
We offer you an impressive comprehensive package. From providing sound technical advice at the planning stage to developing and producing reflectors, right through to assembling individual components into integrated units – as a system partner, we are at your side every step of the way.
Light control is our main area of expertise, but our know-how extends far beyond - from providing technical advice on luminaire housings to developing and producing bespoke reflectors and integrating individual components into luminaires.
That’s what makes the Jordan Group so unique within our industry: advice on lighting, in-house production, the development of customer-specific reflector systems, assembly and wiring. As your system partner, we support you from the original idea all the way through to the start of series production.
And we can draw on a wealth of experience. Our production facility in Bosnia manufactures customised die-cast components. The design is vital for the quality of the parts produced because it lays the foundation for all downstream processes.
The specialists in our design offices will work with you to develop components that are perfect for casting, and to design components and die-casting moulds. In February 2014, we relocated our production operations from Shanghai to Bosnia to save you time and money by shortening transport routes. We specialise in making luminaire units for retail outlets.
Machining castings is a true art and our procedures are exceptionally precise.
We use state-of-the-art CNC machinery to drill, mill, grind and barrel finish castings, delivering parts of the very highest quality.
Our high quality standards also apply to painting. Once components have been cast and machined, they undergo high-precision surface pre-treatment to ensure good adherence of the powder coating.
The Jordan Group has its own fully automated powder coating plant for cutting-edge industrial painting that meets the toughest environmental requirements.
Thanks to this new, special service, we no longer just supply individual components but also offer full luminaire assembly based on the “extended workbench” concept – for a complete package in keeping with the same high quality our customers have come to expect from Jordan.
Even when it comes to packaging, labelling and shipping, we cater precisely to our customers’ needs and wishes.
Assembled luminaires are subsequently wired on ESD (electrostatic discharge) workbenches in a process that also includes a final electrical quality test using standard-compliant Schleich test equipment.
This ensures that a perfect product leaves our premises every time.
